At BearBee Borns, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which orders can be cancelled on our website.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders can be cancelled within 12–24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order ID and details

2. Cancellation of COD Orders
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be cancelled before dispatch
Orders may be verified via phone or SMS before confirmation
Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD orders may lead to restriction or suspension of COD service for the customer

3. Cancellation by BearBee Borns
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
Product unavailability
Payment failure or verification issues
Incorrect pricing or listing errors
Suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity
In such cases, customers will be notified and a full refund (if applicable) will be processed.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
For prepaid orders, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval
The refund will be credited to the original payment method
For COD orders, no refund is applicable as no payment is collected in advance

5. Modifications to Orders
Changes to orders (address, size, product) may be possible only before dispatch
Requests are subject to availability and approval
