1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next working day
During sales or peak seasons, processing time may be slightly extended

2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India
Shipping availability may vary based on your location and courier serviceability

3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 3–6 business days
Remote/Rural Areas: 5–8 business days
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

4. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹1000 (if applicable)
Final shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.
COD Terms:
COD is available for selected pin codes and order values
Orders may be confirmed via call/SMS before dispatch
Customers must ensure availability at the time of delivery
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of COD service for the customer

6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email
You can track your shipment in real-time through the courier partner’s website

7. Delays & Exceptions
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
Courier service disruptions
Natural calamities or unforeseen events
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
BearBee Borns (under Techodigit) is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts
Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the order may be returned to us
Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases

9. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If the package appears damaged or tampered, please do not accept the delivery
Report the issue to us immediately with photos/videos
We will assist with a replacement or resolution

10. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping
